This course includes the basics of winter safety, including how to dress for the cold, build a fire, create shelter, and manage water in freezing conditions. Gain practical tips on hiking in snow, using proper gear like microspikes and snowshoes, and understanding the risks of winter terrain.

Ladies, join us for an empowering wilderness survival course that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to handle emergency situations in the wild.

The course also includes a 4.5-mile hike through the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park, where you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you've learned while exploring the stunning landscape.

2025 will take Femme Trek to locations around Colorado offering women’s wilderness survival education courses.
